The pool is let mainly in 30-minute slots, although 60-minute slots are also available, and there are usually some oneoff slots available during the school holidays (ideal for taking the children to relieve their boredom!).
You simply decide on what day and at what time you want to swim, and then book that day and time for the following six or twelve months, and the entire pool is yours for that time, with the only proviso being that no fewer than two, and no more than six, people use it at once.
So, whether you want to put in some fitness training or enjoy a relaxing, quiet paddle about, Ikens pool is equally suitable.
